if you get on the scale then off get back on and the weight is different up to 3 lbs. sometimes higher sometimes lower. no matter how many times you get off and wait for the display to clear and then get back on it displays different numbers. I can never tell what my real weight is.

Fairly easy to program(I'm not a techy whiz)just won't register consistently. At this point, I just want to measure weight loss but can't get scale to give me anywhere near the correct figure.
Extremely frustrating. Don't want to spend that much time every day trying to make this scale work. Will try another few times-hate to 'give up' on any purchase.

I am a marathon runner and like to monitor my hydration and body fat on a regular basis, especially before a long run. I purchased this product and programed it as per instructions which was fairly easy. I then took my weight 179 lbs body fat% 12.4 and hydration 63%. I than ran 21 miles for a long training run, came back and took my measurements again. weight 172,body fat11.6% and hydration 64%.
There is no way these measurements are even close to accurate. If you lose 7 lbs of water from exercise you would expect your hydration to decrease signinicantly, not increase as indicated by these scales. I question the accuracy of this piece of equipment. Now I use it only to monitor my weight, which I think is fairly accurate.
