The scales are pretty accurate, usually .4-.6 with in weight at meeting- But the BMI is not accurate not even close with what weight watchers says or what the dr. says. but overall I like it

I just got this as a present. After *reading* the instructions I found it very easy to program (but you have to be fast about it) and pretty accurate with the scale at the doctor's office. I got on and off the scale several times in a couple minutes and the reading only fluctuated by 0.2 lbs. I find the scale to be very good and have not had any problems so far. I would recommend this product to others.

removed scale from box and did not work. No instructions in box. Called company and they said would send battery and instructions. Aparently didn't know took 2 batteries until I told person. After reading 9 comments and my experience with scale so far - would not recommend purchase.

Like the other reviewers before me, this product didn't work; I couldn't get a body fat percentage reading nor a hydration level. And my weight flucuated by more than 2 pounds within a 30-second time period!
However, I did not return it to the store of purchase, as this was the last one of this model they had in stock. So, I called the toll-free number and explained my situation (and that I had read these reviews *after* purchasing). They gave me a RA# and asked me to ship it back. Well, it's been less than two weeks since I returned it to HQ and today I got a brand new scale (different model - WW73 - no reviews written) at no charge. Thank you Conair for great customer service. I hope that this model will work as it's supposed to. I will write a review either way.

I found it easy to program. However, it could not register my body fat. It kept indicating ERR. And it did not measure hydration (water). No where in the directions or on the box does it give a "range" or limit regarding body fat. If there is a 330 pound weight capacity - it should be able to measure body fat and water content up to 330 pounds.

Sorry to hear that others had a problem with this scale. I had no problems at all. I've programed all 4 that live in my house and we use it with ease. I had a problem with the ERR showing up at first as well, but as I've lost weight with WW, it's reading just fine. I also like it because it's accurate with the scale at my meeting.

Don't buy this scale, thought it would be great but as others above have said, it is very hard to program and constantly gave me an err in the screen when I wanted my fat/hydration percentage.

Was very disappointed with the scale. It was really hard to program, and half of the time I could not get the programming to work. I am taking the scale back for a different model. The scales used at weight watchers are so awesome, and I thought this one would be too.

The scale was hard to program. It refused to recognize my body fat measurement. It kept saying ERR... and Everytime I got on the scale I was a different weight, even though I didn't even leave the room. I don't know how I gained 2lbs. in only a couple of seconds one time and 3lbs another. It seems to me that if it was accurate, it would register the same weight everytime I repeatedly got on. I don't like it and will be taking it back. Darn, I got a really good price on it too.
