Just finished moving this felt so good on tense and sore muscles in my back and neck. Great settings for just an everyday shower too. Good water pressure without wasting water. Installed it myself, super simple.

Comments about Conair 4 Settings: Massaging Hand Held Showerhead:

This was purchased 7 months ago for me to use from a shower chair after surgery. Was happy with water pressure, & settings. Hose too stiff to manipulate. Was awkward. Turned on yesterday & water was spraying everywhere. There was a big crack where the hose connects to the hand held part of the shower head. The part that you would put into the top of the shower coming from the wall to make it hang so you can stand under it. Only used it that way once. Thought it should have lasted much
longer.

Poorly designed - obvious problems.
By Unhappy purchaserVerified Reviewer from Northampton, PA on 9/22/2008
Cons:
Flimsy fittings, Hose too stiff, Showerhead not secure
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Conair 4 Settings: Massaging Hand Held Showerhead:

Immediately upon opening the item it was evident the connecting hose was much too stiff. Upon installation, the hose sticks out into the shower enclosure and even with hot water running through it , it remains rigid and protruding. Consequently, the hose is often bumped into which loosens the showerhead, causing it to fall out of the bracket. Any Q/C should have seen this immediately and called for a redesign of the connecting hose.

Comments about Conair 4 Settings: Massaging Hand Held Showerhead:

I liked this shower head enough to purchase it three times. The solid stream setting is wonderful for sore muscles. I even purchased one to take with me on trips. All three broke within a couple months. The cone shaped connector that slides along the hose, cracks on the outside along where it's threaded to connect on the inside. Maybe this connector needs to be made of a stronger material, or a replaceable part, so I don't have to buy a whole new shower head.

Don't bother

Comments about Conair 4 Settings: Massaging Hand Held Showerhead:

The plastic ring which tightens down the collar at the end of the outlet pipe cracked within a few weeks, which means the holder sags down and the showerhead falls off easiy. And the hose is too stiff, so it doesn't really hang down, and it's easy to bump when you're moving around before or after, and that also knocks the showerhead off.
