Bummer about the other person having one that leaks, because I have had probably a dozen different heads of this genre, and this is by far the best. If you have low water pressure, this head still sprays with power. The soft rubber spray openings make it easy to keep the head clean so that deposits DON'T build up and make it stop spraying to where you have to use CLR or Lime-Away on it. You just rub your finger over the openings, and voila! And the price is right too - similar ones from other brands cost about [$] more and work no better.

I could not use this shower head because it leaks at the handle. I have tried installing the washer with it, but it still leaks, leaks, leaks. Totally a waste of time and money.
