I've had this steamer for months, used it the first time today. My sons band uniform was full of cat faces. Took them right out and steamed his cotton shirt as well. Freshened my jeans and shirt for tonights game. I loved this, it won't gather any more dust!

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
I recieved this as a gift from a friend that is now departed. After a period of grieving I decided to use it. It worked great on all the shirts I needed to do today. Wish I could find the Britle Brush for the carpets. I agree with the other posts on something easier than the door. had a hard time getting the front, back and sleeves without repositioning all the time. Do not know how to use it on anything other than clothes? I would like all the hints I can get.

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
I just found two attachments for this steamer! Apparently they were separated from the box and I only found them when tidying up the guest bedroom. There is a lint brush attachment and what I believe to be a carpet attachment. The lint attachment will really raise my satisfaction with this steamer.

I use a steamer on my husband's suits so I don't have to take them to the dry cleaner every week. I used to have a ConAir 600-watt handheld steamer, and it took forever to steam a pair of pants, and didn't get all of the wrinkles out. This steamer powers through wrinkles in a jiffy, and also removes smoke odors and small stains around the pants pockets. I only wish there was a button to control the steam and that it had a lint attachment. If it had other attachments I would use it to clean sink fixtures, stove, floors like I did years ago with a different brand of steamer. The tank is large enough to do plenty of cleaning but the single nozzle limits the applications. I also have not cleaned out a closet storage space big enough for the tank and hose, so it gets left on the spare bedroom floor when not in use.

I just recieved it today, but the little I have used it, seems to be just what I was looking for.

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
I tried this on several shirts. The 100% cotton shirt was still full of wrinkles after several minutes. The silk shirt looked a little better, but hardly wrinkle free. The no-iron shirt, which is already supposed to be wrinkle free, look better when I was done. Wearable, at least. But overall, ironing is faster and produces much better results.

This steamer is awesome! I bought it solely to avoid ironing pants and shirts everyday for work. It is super easy to use and very very effective. I made my friends watch it work like I was in an infomercial! Love it love it love it!
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
I use this steamer in my upholstery shop, steaming foam to bring it back to life,it's used to iron old fabric for patterns,i iron pleats and skirts on furniture. It's compacted, so i can take it out to a job site where ever it is.I have had large ones and they are so hard to lug around. We find it very easy to use, and i'm thinking of getting another one.
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
The steamer part didn't stay on the door holder and fell off the second time I used it. The round plastic thing that holds it onto the hose fell off and now I'm unable to use it, because it won't stay on. I don't know if this piece is replaceable. I loved the steamer, but to use something this expensive only 1 1/2 times isn't what I want in a product.
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
Great! Very easy to use. My dad got me this steamer for Christmas last year, and i have not needed my iron since! Heats up fast! Easy to use, you don't have to worry about burning your clothes like with an iron. Takes smoke/restaurant smells out of clothing in seconds. Everyone needs this steamer!
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
The steamer works great - When it starts to gurgle I just lift up the steamer end in the air and it stops. The problem is when I removed the crease attachment - it broke. It just cracked at the place where the spring is. So I recommend that the manufacture either use harder plastic or maybe redesign that feature.
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
It is little uncomfortable for me to use hanging things on the door. When trying to flat clothes it burns your hands. A different stand/accesory to hang garments would be better. Good to freshen up couches, matresses, etc. (if you can handle the hot and twisted hose).

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
I bought this steamer to freshen up my clothes before work each morning. It works well if you don't mind the continuous hot water droplet lauching out of the steamer head. The hose gets fairly hot and is not a good idea to touch while its on. It does take wrinkles out of EVERYTHING! I use it on my couch and sheers too. I think mine may be broken, or I'm just not putting the water in right (all though it is pretty simple, so I doubt it).

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
I bought this off of a friend who had received it as a gift and never used it. Took it home, turned it on, and I was very impressed! It heats up very quickly, produces lots of hot steam, and it even took the wrinkles out of jeans! And, you steam everything from a hanger on the door, much easier and quicker to me than ironing! I will probably never use my iron again. Very Good Product.
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
Once the steamer is hot and steaming there is constant steam and when you set it down to switch clothing, it sprays all over everything. I burned my hand by just getting too close. I wish it had a trigger to push when you had the handle in place to steam a certain area. Make sure no children are around.

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
Bought this product after seeing other brands in the infocommercials. Went to the store to see there steamers and to look at them up close. Bought this one and have used it since Christmas 2006 and it has reduced my cleaning bill. Rarely do I use an iron.
I wear tailored slacks and some cotton/poly slacks. After wearing them, they have wrinkles in the crotch and knee. Although not dirty they do not look professional, I do not like the rumple look.
I use it to take the wrinkles out of my pants. If my permanent press shirts have stayed in the dryer too long this device takes the wrinkles out. I do not have to worry about scorching my wool slacks with a hot iron.
Have used on table napkins and to freshen up other items. Great gift for those hating to iron.
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
It's light weight and does a good job. Definately worth the money.
Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
Great for quick touch ups and unwrinkling delicate items. Fast and effective; heats quickly. Also works well on heavier fabrics like wool and denim.

Very efficient and works great.

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
Set the steamer up as instructed, heated up fairly quickly, started out with a t-shirt and the winkles did not come out. Then tried a skirt, no go. Jeans laughed at me and my husband took his blazer to the car to drop out at the cleaners. Should have saved my [$]and used it to buy the deluxe model.

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
This is a great steamer, it hangs over your door, so you can steam and then take the steamer and put it in a closet, which it only takes up 12" square inches of space! It works great, can steam a whole load of laundry on one fill. I would greatly recommend this steamer.

Comments about Conair Compact Fabric Steamer:
The only thing I would like to use with this is a stand. The door holder is great but a stand would work much better. Portable.
