I use this in my kitchen and my bathrooms and found it to be very effective. The sponges don't last too long but it can be used without the sponges equally as well. Would love to know where/how to get replacement cleaning heads.

I just brought it and within 20 mins the scrubber came off the sponge. I wish it came with a wire scrubber that could really scrub.

Bought it this afternoon and couldn't wait to get home to try it. Took a few minutes to figure everything out, but once I got it things were fine. Was very effective in the bathroom shower. I think this will be a good household item to have. The scrubber head did not want to stay attached to the Lysol reservoir, but other than that, it was fine; steamed up quickly and cleaned well. Wonder if you can get replacement cleaning heads?

What I liked most is my floor grout got very clean without scrubbing. It was easy to use & I love having it. My friends are wanting one. I was unable to find it where I bought mine, so I will tell them to look it up on line. I want to thank you for this product it has made one of the hardest job more fun for me. Again THANK YOU!

This product is excellent for the toothbrush cleaner and greenwise holistic home. Can be used without chemicals and much safer with animals in the home remembering that owning four cats I have the awareness of the respiratory system is close to dirt and dust that collects. In the bathroom this product will restore the toilet to almost new cleanliness and gets all the grime while completely sanitizes the entire bathroom. I would highly recommend this product to people who really likes to clean - avoids heavy scrubbing chores.

I've now purchased two of these units, the first one didn't work at all, and it was not returnable. The second unit worked through one cleaning lasting about 10-12 minutes, and would never produce steam again. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who is interested in a steam cleaner.
