i have 3 new puppies to house train and i feel much better about my floors w/ this steam cleaning method, and w/ lysol, while they are being trained. also, when my grandchildren come to visit, i know the floor is clean.

I used this for the ceramic tile throughout my house. Steams the grout where I have a difficult time getting clean. Would like to be able to buy more cleaning pads and would like to have some thing that could be used better on corners and base board tile.

Does an excellent job on both my hardwood and vinyl floors. Light weight and does the job of the more expensive models. Really like the fact that unlike other similar products, this one uses Lysol cleaner and not just steam.

Having three young boys and a chihuahua spills and mishaps are a given....this product became one of the most used items in my home...from bathrooms to the marble front door to the kitchen floor. My mother in her 70's was impressed by how light and efficient the mop performed. Had to purchase one for her....

I use the product in the kitchen. After waiting for steam to develop I can mop vinyl tiles in kitchen. You can add some Lysol cleanser in a compartment but I find it better to add directly to floor. You have to clean the cloth that is used to wipe the floor. It does not appear to be too strong. I use both a regular mop followed by the steam mop, because where are you going to put the heavy dirt? You have to have some way to remove it. I think this method of cleaning is ineffective.

loved this mop...got my already clean floors even cleaner. I have a baby and do not have to worry about residue...need to use an extention cord though..not a big deal minor inconvenience...

I have two Cocker Spaniels that "Love my kitchen" and the mess that they can make in just one day is unbelievable. This mop is a God send. Having it clean and sanitize with just steam (if you so choose) is definitly a blessing, especially in the kitchen !!!! I have already recommended this to my daughter and she has done the same. "Word of mouth" is the best advertizer!

the intructions are use less and the pictures of the mop shows it different from the mop all the water comes out and the solution does not go in the little tank

It's lightweight, and very easy to use. Does a nice job of cleaning the tile floors. My only concern is how it will hold up after repeated uses, but with a one year warranty, I'm really not that concerned!

I think this mop is great, and I would even like to see a bigger, heavier version to clean the larger areas of the floors!

I have a tile entry, bathroom and kitchen. I live in the Northwest, lots of mud comes thru the door and this little steam mop really performed in a big way. I moved the mop slowly so that the steam could get down into the dirt and it worked like a charm. It was the first time in 40 years that I actually relaxed and enjoyed myself while mopping!
