This replaces my 20 yr. old Conair that finally quit. I had to hunt to find a dryer without the ceramic/ion technology....as they make my hair limp.

Concentrator very hard to insert, chrome plating too thick. Chrome plating chips every time I insert the concentrator or the removable back filter.
