Good product overall. My old dryer had a retractable cord; this doesn't. I like the hinged filter though... that will be very helpful! I wish the "high" setting was more forceful; maybe I just don't understand the "ceramic" theory... just feels like it could push more air. I like the "cool" setting without having to hold a button down. That will be very useful as I try to cool off my scalp (sweating) sometimes!! My last hair dryer was a Conair and I found it to be a good quality product. I expect this hair dryer will be a good quality product as well.
