My hair is long, fine, and curly. I don't mind the curl, but in the front it just lays there. Straight irons flatten it even worse. This dryer is the best I've ever used. I can lift the front and either smooth it all or let the bottom of it curl. I've never been able to style like the pros - with a brush in one hand and the dryer in the other. I ended up with nothing but frizz, but this dryer is the answer to my lack of coodination and the resulting frustration.

This dryer is my life savor! you see i have really thick curly frizzy hair so i usually straighten it. but with a regular iron it takes me at least 30 minutes to straighten it and after that it's still a little wavy! when i saw this on TV i was like this probably doesn't even work but when i saw what it did for my friends hair i ran out to the store to buy one. trust me you will love this dryer!

I have always had thick frizzy hair but strive for straight & sleek. I have spent so much money & time on product and straightening tools that did not get me the result I wanted I thought it was hopeless. My regular hair dryer died and I was looking for a new one when I spotted this. It was more expensive than the others but I was cautiously optomistic. It took some getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, it was no problem. I use some anit-friz gel before drying and my hair looks like I never thought it could in half the amount of time. I have used it for over a year, and I swear I will never use another hair dryer. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

I buy a lot of straightening-type tools, always looking for the new best thing. But I've had this 2 or 3 years now, and it continues to be my hair dryer/straightener of choice, despite the pile of others that have accumulated. When I first got it, I actually thought it was gonna go in the reject pile too - I found it awkward to use. But after a couple times, I got the hang of using it - I just had to find the right position for the attachment. I have damaged blonde hair with some curl, I also have a lot of hair but it's somewhat thin - making it difficult to manage. My drying/straightening time is cut from 40 minutes to 20, and it is shiny. I use a little bit of anti-frizz serum before I dry to keep it sleek. Recently I had some photos of myself done, and the photographer, who last did my photos 4 years ago, said, "Wow, your hair looks SO much healthier and shinier than it did last time!" Leave it to a photographer to notice something like that. I think not having to use a blow dryer AND a straightener has helped improve my hair quite a bit. It's a little heavier than your average hairdryer, but not enough to be a huge problem. One problem is that now that I've used it so long, most of the flocking has worn away, plus it's gotten pretty gunked up with styling product. I'm hoping I can just buy a new attachment - I just emailed them today to find out. Still, it was worth every penny!

As a woman of color with two daughters that have thick long hair you can go through 2-3 hair dyers a year but i have had this dryer for 8 months and I swear i will never buy another brand for the rest of my days. The attachments with most dryers have be be glued or tape on to remain in place but with this dryer the attachment stays on through the entire dying process. I Absolutley love this product.

I've had this hair dryer for about a year now. I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair. The hair dryer works well, only taking me 15 min to straighten from wet. My hair looks healthy, soft, and theres not to much volume. The only thing is that i find my hair comes out still frizzy after i use it. I have to put some smoothing serum on my hair before i blow dry it to make it not frizzy.

Great Product I would recommend it to all hair types, especially when my hair is that afro/black girl hair with a relaxer in it. I wanted to find something that keeps your hair from being weighed down and give it more movement and a more sleek look, because after the salon visit for the relaxer and a few home washes, that's it! This makes it all worth it, and if that relaxer is really wearing out and your hair gets more textured/curly/thicker, you can get the diffuser attachment for it which would use the texture for good! and the attachment is only 10 dollars more [...]. Try it!

I bought this in HOPES that it woudl work on my THICK/Frizzy hair. I desperately wanted to be able to get my hair to look like my hair dresser does. Well this works. It dries faster than my old dryer. I can sit and watch t.v. if I keep in on the low style setting - it only takes me about 5 to 10 monites longer to dry with that. And with some hot oil spray - this dryer works TERRIFIC on all me hair's issues. (I just need to find out if they sell that attachment alone so I can buy a backup just in case) Thanks Conair!!!

Let me start by saying I am ALWAYS skeptical about buying revolutionary products. I think that a lot of times things tend to be over-exaggerated. But I had wanted to use this one just to try it out. So when my sister bought it I decided to give it a try. According to my stylists... I have enough hair for 3 people... and its overprocessed and dry/brittle/frizz... etc. But as soon as I passed this through my hair, I immediately started to see a miracle happening. My wavy/curly hair stated to go limp. This dryer straightened all my hair in 45 min. and it gave me professional results. I loved it so much that I ran out to buy my own and my mom bought one at the same time... I LOVE IT!!! Run out and buy it. It was soooo worth the money and pays for itself in its first use.

I made the best choice when i bought this product. It's really easy to use, you don't need another person to help you,it dries your hair really fast, i have long, curly hair and it take about 15 min to dry it and to gave a beautiful shape and smooth texture to my thin hair. Since i was a child i almost hated my hair cause it was so hard to manage it, i wished to have straight hair like the majority of my girlfriends , but at that time there wasn't any product like this one, so when i discovered it i can say that i founded happiness, seriously now i always wear my hair straight and nobody from my new friends know that my natural hair is actually curly, it looks and feels great I want to say also that curly hair is also beautiful if you have well definite curls - that majorityof us don't have...so even now if i want to have some nice curls or waves , I straighten my hair first with Infinity by Conair and then i make whose beautiful, nice shape curls and waves by simply adding some mousse to my hair and it's looking wonderful!!! All in all, it's really great. I would definitely check out the video before assuming you can do it without watching it. There are a lot of helpful instructions, and it's less than 5 minutes. This dryer really makes my hair feel great, I have naturally curly hair, and it's pretty thick. It cuts drying time in half, although I do still run a straightener through it real quick (not the normal 45 minutes).

I Love this dryer. Best I've ever had. I'm a clutz. I've never been coordinated enough to hold a brush in one hand and the dryer in the other. I used to use the styler-dryers with the brush attached. I love this dryer. One question: What's the best way to clean the styling head on this? Products build up and hair gets into it, and it's kind of difficult to clean. Can I order replacement ones? Also, This is my second dryer like this. On the first one, the styling head would not lock into place. I used electrical tape to secure it.

This product actually works. I was so impressed. I have very long hair and lots of it. It is curly and usually takes me an hour to straighten. After getting it straight I have to use a curling iron to get rid of the frizz. I am so pleased that this product not only works and elimates frizz, it actually cuts down the time to 15 minutes max...which means I can straighten my hair before I leave for work. FANTASTIC. It take a bit to get used to it...but once you get the hang of it...it is very easy to use. Most importantly, my hair doesn't get caught in the dryer. Again FANTASTIC.

This product is really good. It does have one drawback. The straightening attachement on mine broke. It is stuck on level one and now will not get my hair completely straight like it used to. I came on line to see if I could by the part but no, I will have to buy a whole new dryer even though there is nothing wrong with the dryer itself. I dont expect the part to last forever but I should be able to buy a replacement. The only reason I didnt rate this lower is because I did have it about 2 years before the straightener broke.

Got for Christmas. Took a few days to figure out the positions for the comb, then after that, its a no brainer! I really love it, but was disappointed that the comb teeth broke after only 2 months.(I do have thick hair)Will see if conair has replacement. I can dry with one hand and put mascara on with the other. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I have thin, slightly curly, but mostly frizzy hair (If I let it dry naturally). I used to dry my hair straight then use a flat iron; however, if it were the least bit humid out my hair would frizz. Today I got rained on and my hair didn't curl up or frizz at all. The product is a little hard to get use to at first, but got much easier by the 2nd time. I've only had the dryer 2 days, so I'm not sure how well it holds up in the long run, but to be honest, it works so well that I'd buy another one if it lasted at least a few months.

This dryer was easy to use at first, when my hair was about shoulder length. But when my hair grew out its started to become hard to pull the teeth trough my hair, even with extra conditioner and a quick brush through before hand. The head would get stuck in my hair and pop off. It also is to cumbersum and i cannot style my thick, short, sideswept bangs with it. It does dry my hair quickly, but i just cut my hair very short and it is hard to use on the very short under layers on my neck. Overall i would reccomend this prouduct if you have thin or medium wavy hair, otherwise it is better to use a flat iron and blow drier!

This is a 2-in-1 product. You get to do the job of the hairdryer and the styling brush. Your arms don't get so tired. I have thick hair and with this product it takes me at least 20 minutes to dry it. I dries evenly and I always comb thru my tangles first before drying to ease the process. It leaves my hair silky and smooth. As to flyaways I always use a finishing cream. And if u feel the hair is too dry always a good idea to condition. This is a great investment and it saves me MANY trips to the salon. I would also recommend anybody who uses this to divide their hair into sections and start from the bottom. its easier to manage and you'll get better results. If u have layers though then using the tourmaline attachment on the whole head wont get u salon-style results. For that u will have to use a round brush on the outer parts of the hair.

I bought the Conair Infiniti last spring & returned it. Though it left my hair shiny and smooth it took way too long to use because the teeth are too short for thick extra curly hair so I had to use tiny sections of hair which took over an hour plus. My desired result is straight, smooth, shiny hair from roots to ends in short amount of time without using several appliances.
I am going to try the Conair Infiniti again because after much research on blow dryers it has all the features that I want (Tourmaline, ion, ceramic, stationary comb,high heat and light weight).
I will use it when I am travelling to keep the straight look after it has already been achieved with other appliances. I have found the Conair Pro Silverbird with pik to be much easier and faster to use but it only has ceramic disk and does not have tourmaline & ions nor the fancy triple comb attachment.
I am expecting that at least once I master the use of it, the Infiniti will replace having to travel with a blow dryer and a flat iron for touch ups when humidity affects the desired straight style. For corporate travel with public appearances I need an effective product that I can depend on to achieve the desired look.

I have owned this dryer for about a year and a half and I love it. I have long thick hair that is a mix of tight and loose curls. To all the ladies that it hurts to use - make sure you comb your hair with a wide tooth comb first or else it will hurt those combs are little. And to you who claim it makes your hair frizzy - are you using the right products for your hair type. I know that before I started using good products it didn't matter what I used to straighten my hair it was frizzy.
Oh and it cut my dry time by about a 1/4.

I wanted to try something new. I figured the price was decent it must work as good. But I was wrong it states controls frizz, which was a lie. If anything it produces more frizz.It's rough on the scalp when combing through the hair.
