I chose their hair dryer based on Conairs good reputation for quality. This hair dryer does exactly what I need it functions as as I would expect. it is not too loud and is simple to use. I could not be happier. I tend to buy quality over all else, and this meets that requirement.

Since my hair is still recovering from color damage and a lot of heat damage, I was a little skeptical to go and buy a hair dryer. However, the label is completely accurate in providing even heat, which even on low dries my shoulder length hair within 10 minutes. The only negative I see is having to learn to maneuver it, since the dryer is somewhat bulky. Otherwise, I feel the purchase was completely worth it.

I purchased this dryer when my inexpensive Conair dryer bit the dust after 7 years. I was under the impression that buying a ceramic hairdryer, that it would last and give me a better quality blow-out than the inexpensive dryers. Well, it did give me terrific looking hair...until it stopped putting out hot air. It will only blow cold air on any setting and I noticed the first few days I owned it that if you grip over the speed/heat selection buttons, that it will stop blowing hot air until you reposition your grip. I learned to deal with that, but now I am out the money for this dryer after 8 months of use. I really wanted to love this dryer, however I believe that I will go back to an inexpensive dryer after this experience.

I have fine, short, colored-treated hair which dries very quickly.

Dryer setting does not heat enough. I have medium long, fine hair and need a hair dryer that can produce some heat which this one doesn't.

This product stopped working after only 20 uses for no reason. Just wouldn't turn on. And I found that while blowing out my hair it was difficult to turn it on and off with 1 hand.

Super quiet and I love the diffuser. I had been used to the older, bulky diffuser for so many years. I wasn't sure this was going to work on my curly hair because there's bigger holes in the diffuser. But I was wrong -- my hair has never looked better, it's fuller and I have a ton of body.

I have naturally curly, fine, color treated hair.

I use this dryer almost every day. It works great for drying your hair, quick and has various options for the amout of heat and air, so it works great for everyone. I have taken it out of town on girls weekends, and all my friends use it and love it! It is kind of bulky for travel, but I won't go anywhere with out it. Also the price is reasonable. :)
