I really like the wall mount feature and bought my new unit to replace the same product. The old unit lasted almost ten years of daily use! I was even able to place the new unit on the same wall mount. The wall mount plate is made of metal and securely attaches to the wall! It is nice to see a product that has continued to be manufactured for a longer period of time.

Breaking retainer clips has been an ongoing problem for years. Second dryer and same problem. These clips need to be made available to either the repairmen or the consumer.

My ex took the wall mount. I bought another. It has lasted longer that his loyality. It finally gave out; but, I just ordered 2 more. Designs come and go but this hair dryer is as perfect as they come. I hope this model stays around a long time.

I love this dryer-have had it for several years.
My only complaint is that the retainer clip that holds the dryer in the wall bracket (one of two) broke-it stays up with one (not as well). If you could get replacement retainer clips and it had a longer cord, it would be the greatest! I give it 94 out of 100.

These dryers work great however I have had two in which both ended up with the spring loaded plastic retaining clips breaking after three years. These are the clips that hold the dryer in place within the wall mount. Can't seem to find parts for replacement.

I purchased this product for my wife. She uses it about 5 minutes a day and that is all of the use that it sees (or saw). It lasted less than one year. One of the fan blades broke off inside. This is the second one we had purchased and the last. Time to move on. Dryer before this type had been around for at least 7 or 8 years before failure.

I bought one and loved it but it only lasted 9 months before the fan blades broke. I thought I just had bad luck so I bought another and this only lasted 6 weeks before the exact same thing happened. I only use it five minutes a day, it hasn't been overused. For the blades to break twice like that sounds like a quality issue.
