It heats up so fast and the curl stays in. I have curls with a perm and it clears up the frizz on the ends and makes it look soft and bouncy. The clips are awful so I just use clips brought at the local beauty supply store

would of gave it a better rateing if the curlers would stay in your hair but they fall out why can you not have the pins that were metal like before theses are awful an make your product useless really..........

The retractable cord is great! The clips do not hold well and also leave marks(indentions) on the hair. I have fine hair and it works very well for me except for the clips and their "tracks".

I purchased this hairsetter at a retail store. I am very pleased with it. The last reviewer complained about not enough heat, but the set has a control button to increase or decrease heat. I have very fine, long wavy hair and I am very pleased with the performance of this hairsetter. By the way, I had chemotherapy and this is the only product so far that has made my hair look healthy. Thank you, Conair.

not for beginners, too hard to get the ends to stay in the roller, not hot enough and did not stay hot for very long once in hair so the curl wore out quickly, hair also got caught on the rigid ends of the roller where it was terrible ordeal to remove it.
