Comments about Conair Easy Start trade 20 Roller Hair Setter:

This is the only hot roller that keeps a curl in my hair.My fine hair won't curl in smooth roller. Only problem I,ve found is they get very hot and their is no safe way to hold roller. Please don't stop making these! I'm ordering new set now

Wouldn't recommend this

Cons:
Time Consuming, Very long heat time
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Conair Easy Start trade 20 Roller Hair Setter:

It takes very long to heat up these rollers so it's extremely time consuming. Yes, the plastic ridges along the rollers allows your hair to adhere a bit easier than a smooth velvet finish roller, but if you want a smooth curl you should get a roller that has a smooth velvety finish around it.

Comments about Conair Easy Start trade 20 Roller Hair Setter:

Sorry to say these were way too hot to the touch. Also, the little "spines" are great for holding in the hair, but the starter thing hurts when I try to start rolling. These curlers left dents in my hair--maybe because they were so darn HOT! I am sure they are great for short hair, but mine is shoulder length. And of course, the flimsy lid problem. I also wish they would make these in cases that are easier to travel with.

I LOVE this hairsetter

Comments about Conair Easy Start trade 20 Roller Hair Setter:

I love this hairsetter because of the gripping it provides to my thick hair. It holds the set much better than the velvety covered rollers. I have purchased sets like this over and over again. I love them and hope you won't quit making them. The only thing I would love better is to have a set of all LARGE rollers (purple) as the small green ones are not very useful to me.

Comments about Conair Easy Start trade 20 Roller Hair Setter:

I use electric rollers all the time...This product looked great however it has large hard plastic bristles..After you attach clips they fly out like missiles..my dog and husband both got a good jab with these..very dangerous and of course when the clip flys out the roller does also..very frustrating.

No one considers the girls with short hair. This is the only hairsetter with enough small rollers. Thanks for thinking of us.

Comments about Conair Easy Start trade 20 Roller Hair Setter:

It's really hard to find this type of hairsetter, especially when I need to use my OLD rollers (from the '70's) because they have tiny spikes that hold my hair. Fortunately, Conair still makes this type of hairsetter and I can use my old rollers on this model. My old Conair model still works fine, but the plastic cover broke. I wish Conair would make a studier cover. And, I wish they would offer other roller choices, especially for those of us needing greater gripping capability. Otherwise, this product works well, lasts for a long time, and is reasonably priced.
