This product was very easy to use, my eight year old child was able to operate it easily. We have used in on various hair lengths, though not on too short hair. Would like to order additional locking clips without having to buy a whole kit.

Great product, except that you can not buy the locking beads without buying a whole kit of beads. I only need the locking beads. I would like to see you provide this (locking beads) in a package by itself.

The lock beds break very easily and are not available to purchase separately form a large refill pack. I just need more locking beads!

First let me say, the product is Very good, No
problems with operation, easy to use, 7 yr. old
mastered it in 15 minutes, Now the problem, It seems the locking beads that snap on the end of the bead row, are not available unless you purchase a package of mixed beads, I don't want or need these other beads, Just the locking ones.
