Wish I Could Get a Refund

This product is inferior to the InterPlak product Conair used to make. The brushes are small and difficult to remove from the base. The base gets full of watery toothpaste and you have to rinse it out. The brush action is jerky and irritating. I really really wish I could have another InterPlak. I'm throwing this thing out.

This product is inferior to older Interplak product. Brush heads are much smaller than older units. Battery charge is weak; unpredictable when charge will run out.

Please bring back the older product. It was outstanding electric toothbrush.

Replacement brush heads are hard to get.

This item is not as powerful as older models. I dropped and broke my old unit and replaced it with this one. It works OK, but not near the product my old one was. I wish they still had the other models. I also have several new heads for my old one that will not fit this unit. Newer is not alway better.
