I like this dental jet because it has the divided tank and has three different tips: one for trapped food, one to massage the gums and one that loosens food particles which is great for dental appliances. There is also a tongue cleaner and two brushes! The hose is 3 feet long which really helps so it doesn't have to be right on top of the sink. I have used others, but this is a good model with a lot of features! :)

The bottom of the tank broke from just removing it from the base. There wasn't any undo pressure used to remove the tank. Now, I find that I would have to purchase a new water jet. I will look for a product that has replacement parts.

The unit performs adequately but the dual water tank is NOT durable. This was my second unit where the tank broke while just removing and placing it on the base. The plastic is too fragile and doesn't stand up to daily use.

I can't even find how ones gets a new replacement dual water tank

I bought this one to replace my old one (different brand) that lasted for many years. This one lasted less than 2. The tank is fragile - be careful when you insert to it or remove it from the base... that's how I broke mine.

To replace it I bought a new one from my old brand. Too bad Conair...

I think the concept of two tanks is great. I love the idea of one for mouthwash, but the tanks don't hold enought water and I need more power for deep gum cleaning. The tips get knocked of the holder easily so I can't keep them on there. Also the cover comes off easily because the pins that form a hinge are very small and consequently end up breaking.

Two issues: Not enough power, not enough water.

When I purchased this unit, I started out on low power to determine the "sweet spot" for my use. I now have it on max power and it still doesn't have quite enough power to do the job correctly. Unfortunately, this is by far the most important aspect of any oral irrigator and this one definately disappoints. I also keep running out of water. I have resorted to filling both tanks with water just to have enough for one cleaning. I have also learned not to store tips near the hose as it knocks them off.

I like the dial controls on the front of the unit (some oral irrigators have it on the wand). The dual tank is a nice idea (although too small). I like the potential to have mouthwash in the second tank to use while cleaning. I also appreciated the inclusion of 7 tips.

Overall I think it is a good idea but bad design. I wouldn't consider another until they improve the power and tank size.
