Wonderful product! I had it recommended to me years ago and since then I've been telling everyone I know that it's great, too. I had it for several years and used it frequently. I suspect it died only because I forgot to clean out the lint in the filter. It's lightweight and nothing about it is awkward. Amazing to travel with, especially as a recreational swimmer. Cool shot works great. My long, thick hair dries quickly, evenly, and without damage. It works best if you wait 15-30 minutes after showering for that especially quick, healthy dry. In fact, I just ordered the exact model again. I've tried many expensive dryers and this is still my favorite. Can't go wrong with this one!

I have had this hairdryer for a long time- I want to say at least 7 years but I can't remember when I bought it. It is super durable (I've even dropped it many times and it still works wonderfully). I've taken it with me on all my trips. I love that it folds up. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The heat level and power is great for my long, thick hair. I use it regularly for drying my hair. I am glad this model is still being offered for sale. Whenever I do use another hairdryer, I always feel like it does not compare to this hairdryer. I would buy it again in a heartbeat but fortunately, I don't have to because mine still works great. I would highly recommend this product.

Mostly I am happy this is NOT an ion dryer (ion dryers take all the body out of my 17 year old daughters and my hair!) We use this dryer for home and travel and are very rough on it. My daughter is a swimmer and travels with her team so this dryer gets a lot of use. We have had it so long I can't remember when I got it!
