I have used this dryer for over 10 years without any problems. We've taken it on several trips and the retractable cord is a great idea. It's just now starting to fail... only a low heat comes out. Still works but just takes a little longer... will get another one for sure!!

I use a diffuser most often to curl my damp hair and my Conair does the job dependably and efficiently. Been using Conair dryers for years. This morning it surprisedly would not awaken. I will buy another one if mine, 13 months old, is not reparable.

This new dryer is great.
I love the cord storage.
If you can add a small loop design for hang on the wall that will be great.
Thank you for offer the train case. (It's too small for this dryer.) Please put the train case's size next time.

I bought this when my favorite conair dryer quit working and I'm not impressed. It made my hair soft but took forever to dry. This dryer is loud but doesn't put out much air. I will have to return this one.
