Like most of the rest of the country Iam trying to go green. Instead of using the 5-60 watt bulbs above the restroom sink to apply my daily facials morning and night I like to use the lighted mirror. The magnafied side helps me on the small detail areas. I also used the lighted mirror for my child when our regular night light burnt out until I could do the weekly household shopping. The low setting was a real saver of energy and avoided a possible accident in the middle of the night. The only down side I have found is not knowing where to get replacement bulbs locally. I have looked at several stores and haven't found the correct bulb yet. I don't want to replace the mirror, just the bulb.

I've had this mirror for about 2 years. I love it so much I bought one for my daughter-in-law! I like the feature of flipping it over for the extra magnification. I also like how it turns on and off at the base. This comes in handy when your hands are full or you have makeup on them! Just push it with your elbow! The only downside is trying to locate a replacement bulb locally.
