I've had pain in my piriformis muscles for a year, and it's made sitting almost impossible. This massage cushion is the only thing I've found that makes sitting comfortable for me, including a $2000 chair, pain-relief ointments and patches, a doughnut cushion, other kinds of seat cushions, and several other massage cushions that were 3 or 4 times as expensive as this one.

The vibration helps a lot, and I love that I can leave the cushion running - the others I've tried turn off automatically and have to be turned back on, after about 15 minutes.

Mine did stop working after about 2 months, used constantly for about 6 - 8 hours a day, but it's such a good investment, to have anything that allows me to sit down, especially at this price, that I don't at all mind ordering another.

This product is very useful and would have not bought one for myself. I got this as a gift and its wonderful, for I do have a bad back and its helping alot and I have slept on it all nite long
