All the reviews i have seen have been mixed, but after purchasing this product and trying it out on my short hair (5 in max) i love it! the lcips hold the rollers well, the rollers grip the hair and keep it in place, even though they are warmed i can still handle them easily. ive also heard the clips leave marks in your hair, this is VERY untrue.

I use hot rollers to give my straight hair a little body. My old Conair unit had wire clips that held the rollers tight, but it was slow to heat up. This unit heats up fast, but the clips do not hold snugly - they allow the rollers to flop all over your head! When I use the wire clips from my old unit, it does just fine. Only problem is, there's no place to store the wire clips.

I had the old Conair ceramic ion rollers with the regular old time clips. They held the rollers in my hair much better, than these clips. The rollers keep falling out, falling forward and burning my face! They would be perfect, if they would only stay in my hair. I have very thick hair.

Why cant you order different size rollers ONLINE???......I do not like to order through the mail....in this day and age I SHOULDNT HAVE TO...This is my only complaint about this product....but its a HUGE one.

I had a set of Conair hot rollers back in highschool that lasted me all throughout college, so a total of almost 9 years! They were amazing, and I used them all the time. A great way to set some curl in your hair while you do your make up. Talk about multi-tasking.

Back then, the hot rollers came with a U-shaped pin rather than this new "clip" to secure the curler in. Well, not only do these clips not secure my rollers in place like the pins did, but they leave these horribly embarassing creases at the crown on my hair! I have to go through a re curl my hair with a curling iron.

What happened to the pins!? Bring back the pins! I am so unsatisfied with this product. Such a let down,....I cant even use it.

Curlers heat up well. What I don't like is that the clips do not fit the curlers, which means the hair doesn't stay in place while setting the curl and does not set a tight curl near the head.

It would also be nice to buy more curlers in one size.

My hair is no longer frizzy, curls are bouncy and last 3 days! curlers easy to roll. I wish the cord is longer so I can be comfortable while setting my hair. I have to order separately through mail extra rollers. Additional rollers are not available to order online. You have to send a check and a letter!

Although I like how it heats up fast and the coated rollers. The clips are all one size and I can not make them hod the curlers in. It gets very frustrating so I resorted using the wire clips from my old set of rollers. Clips should be different sizes to acommodate different size rollers
