I had my first first straightener for more than 8years before it died. I tried replacing it with several expensive straighteners, but didn't get the same results. The wide plates and comb are great for thick hair. I purchased my second straightener, but unfortunately it lasted only a year before it stopped heating. Hopefully this is fluke.

I owned this str. for 6+ yrs and it worked great...95% of the time I used it everyday and it just stopped working...the comb makes alot of differ. I love it...

my friend did my hair with this straightner and i absolutely loved it! i have really think and curly hair that takes forever to straighten with a regular straightner, even then it isnt that straight. This straightner added lenght, shine, and absolute beauty to my hair that i loved.

i love this straightener!!! its the best one i have ever used. its super cheep.. but its does its job really good and fast. my hair is part way down my back and it takes me 15 minutes to get my hair very silky smooth and straight.i love it so much that i have 2. its much better than those pricey ones at the mall.
