Pros:
Finger grips, Heats up quickly, Slightlty curved handle, The two inch plate
Cons:
Plates look dirty quickly
Best Uses:
Refresh a hairstyle, Use at home

I mainly use this after i wash my own hair. My salon uses the more expensive version but for touch ups in between salon visits this is great. Sometime I find the steam to very hot but I have to make sure my hair is damp not wet for it to work best. With a light polisher or leavin conditioner my hair stays straight and shiny.
