i ordered this product a few months ago tried it the next day i got it. i used the straightner after i blowdryed my hair. the straightner left my hair sily shiny and smooth leaveing it with no frizz. i was happy with the results. i like the straightners design its easy to use. i reccomend it its a great buy.
