I just installed this combo set over the weekend. We love the pressure & multiple settings but we can't seem to get both jets working, with the same pressure, at the same time. Individually, the pressure & settings are great! Lots of levels to choose from...way more than my last showehead. It does seem a bit flimsy though, so I hope it lasts for a while.

The wall mount adjustment for different sprays, and the handle to have both wall mount and hand held on at the same time, have not worked from day one. Also, there is no water pressure. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

We easily installed this product in June and loved using it BUT in September the hose that connects the main line to the hand held head snapped off. We cannot find a part to fit it and we are beside ourselves because the item was only used for two and a half months. We installed it for my 96 year old grandmother to use. It's made life very difficult now without it.

The product is quite good compare to the many others we tried. But after a year there was a tiny hole in the part that you connect to water pipe. The part where you connect your shower head and extra hose. I have never seen a hole on a pipe that short. I can understand a leak at the connection joint since that might wear over time, I can even undertand a leak on a 6inch or greater length pipe but a leak on a 2 inch pipe? Poor quality, and there are no replacement parts? In a sense we like it, but the short life span of the parts is not good.

3 Way Exclusive Diverter with Easy Control, broke after a year when you look at the control you can see that it was a bad mold. I have looked all over your web site and i can't find this part anywhere so that i can reoplace it,If you can guild me please let me know.

The wall mount for the wand and the hose connections only lasted 6 months before they broke. Spare parts are unavailable and universal parts don't fit. Poor quality parts. The parts do not appear to be capable of withstanding the weight of the hand held piece and the hose is made of poor quality plastic.
I would not recommend buying this particular shower head and hand held combination.
