Comments about Conair 12 Piece Battery Operated Beard Mustache Trimmer:
I bought my first Conair GMT170 in an emergency while travelling in 2006. The rechargable unit that I usually travelled with would not charge on USA 110 volts. I paid about $12 for it, and I am still using it. The plastic is beginning to degrade and break after 5 years of daily use. I am bald and use the unit to keep my head trimmed short. I also use it to trim my moustache. I particularly like the nose and ear attachment. If it had a foil shaving attachment, I think it would be the perfect travel trimmer. I like the AA battery configuration and use rechargable batteries. However, AA batteries are available anywhere in an emergency.

Comments about Conair 12 Piece Battery Operated Beard Mustache Trimmer:
I am so tired of having to take a charger with me on trips or to maneuver around with a cord dangling.
2 AA batteries can be found anywhere, and last a surprisingly long time.....weeks.
It has setting for a short few days growth look which I use all over my head and face.
It's clearly the most versatile and easy to use on the market, and I have tried at least 5 before I found this one. I can only hope that they never stop making it, in case it breaks.

When I looked at the description, it did not specify how the trimmer is powered. There's another model that says "battery powered" so I thought that cordless equated to rechargeable.
