I use this product every day. It's very easy and convenient, I keep mine in the bathroom. I have tried other products and they do not compare to this one. I really enjoy the continuos steam, and the fact that your garments do not end up with wet spots and others that i have purchased leave. It is very easy and safe to use my 14 and 17 yr old boys can use it with no problem. i would definitely recommend this product do friends and family.

This is the best product for the money that you spend. I purchased this to take on vacation, and I found an amazing product. It is very light weight and can be used on anything. I can plug it up anywhere and use it for hanging garments or just laying garments. I've done everything from the curtains, table clothes, clothes, and even my outdoor flags. It generates a good bit of steam, so you can even use it on heavier fabrics. I found that it was great for travel because it is so compact and small. It beats standing over my ironing board any day. It has a small brush attached to it for lent which is great. It's not bulky or unattractive either. It can even be carried in your purse. I purchased one for my office, and I have found it comes in handy when your needing those wrinkles out before a client walks in. It's also very durable. I have dropped mine several times and it has stood up very well. Plus, it usually comes with a year warranty which I haven't had to use. It's a great compact, portable product for the amount of money you spend.

I had high hopes for this product, because I'd prefer to steam the wrinkles out of new clothing than send them to the cleaner straight off. The product simply didn't work - only the slightest of wrinkles came out on very light fabrics. Creases in synthetics, wool blends, etc. weren't reduced much at all. I'm going to end up buying another one, but choose a different brand.

I bought to use on my husbands silk and wool suits. I followed the directions and waited for the red light to go out, but once I held it up to the garment the steam hardly comes out and it never takes the wrinkles out. Also the red light comes back on frequently. It just seems like the steam is either not warm enough or not enough pressure. Overall I am really disappointed in this product.

It is still difficult for me to handle - due to carpal tunnel surgery in June, 2008 on my right hand. But I should be alright.
