The clipper set worked fine for about a month, then the batteries would no longer accept a charge. It can be used only with the cord. I can't find any replacement batteries.

The trimmer worked well for just over a year and then the upper blade fell of as the plastic part that held it in place fell out and would no longer stay in the blade.

This Model uses cheap plastic parts in the in the cutting head. When this plastic part breaks Conair will not honor warranty nor sell a replacement part!
