I've had this product for several years and I LOVE it! I regularly cut my two boys' hair plus my husbands'. My youngest has fine straight toddler hair while my oldest son has very thick coarse and curly hair. Hubby's is dry, thick, and greying. This tool easily cuts through it all. It's super easy to use and comes with a coaching CD so ANYONE can cut hair at home. This cost effective hair cutting system has saved my family a ton of money on professional hair cuts over the years and has MORE than paid for itself. I love the durability and versatility the multiple combs settings offer. The sharp blades have lasted me three years. This has been the single best purchase I've made over the years! I'll never own a different brand of hair trimmers. The only way they could improve this product is to make the cord a little longer!
