I purchased this product as a Christmas present for my husband a few years ago.He thought the present was stupid until he used it and fell in love with the idea of warm lotion in the winter. He would never go with out and the only negative thing he or I have to say is the unit only last for a few month before it starts leaking lotion out the back where the cord attaches and makes a mess. I have replaced this item 3 times for him and I hope Conair develops a better model so we don't have to keep replacing it.

I'm sensitive to cold, I'm always chilly. I used to rub the lotion in between my hands to warm in up some but this dispenser does the job for me without any mess. It's not a necessity but in my case it's a good buy.

I am a massage therapist and use the heated lotion dispenser daily. I like that it does not heat up all of the lotion, it only heats a small amount at a time and heats it very quickly. My clients love it. There is a timer on it so it shuts off after an hour. It does have one little problem though. The pump has a small metal bead in it and it occasionally comes out and the pump won't work. I reinsert it and it works fine. Even with that problem I still love it!

I love it! My boyfriend is always asking me to put lotion on his back, so I got him one for Valentine's day. He uses it everyday. I ordered one for my bathroom as well. I love, love, love it!(I like scented lotions, he likes "regular" lotions.) Now I'm back to order several more to give as upcoming birthday gifts. (Bundle with lotions to match the recepient.) I want everyone to have one!

As another viewer, this design is terrible. Put the on/off on the appliance itself of on the portion of the cord next to the appliance---NOT NEXT TO THE PLUG! When the warmer is plugged in behind the bed for example I guess you are expected to go behind the bed each time you use the unit. Very very incovenient or impossible to enjoy fully. I have never seen such as this. What is the point in the 6' cord--you have to go 6' to turn it on!

The marketing folks are Conair are crazy for not milking the revenues of this products. My skin was shafting from the winter weather and hard water of the midwest. My husband got one of these for me and I have been using it for over 3 months. It is easier to put your lotion because for one you do not freeze out of the shower when appling, the warm lotion glides on better and the skin absorbs better. I went on to order 3 more (one for each of my kids since they became addicted to mine) and one for my sister. She is pregnant and loves the way her warm pregnancy lotion glides on her belly. I wish I would have had this product when I was pregnant myself.

OMG !! I'VE HAD MY WARMER FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND WOULDN'T WANT TO LIVE WITHOUT IT. I HIT THE BUTTON BEFORE I GET IN THE SHOWER AND WARM LOTION AT MY FINGER TIPS ESPECIALLY ON THOSE COOL MORNINGS. THEY MAKE GREAT BABY SHOWER GIFTS. HOPING I CAN FIND SOME FOR GIFTS !!!!!

I loved this product when it was the old design. The design has changed so that the on/off switch is on the power cord, next to the plug. Not sure why this was done. I keep my lotion dispensers on my desk and on my nightstand. Since it turns off every hour, I have to either crawl under my desk, or get out of bed, in order to turn it on and I have to do this hourly, as needed. Very inconvenient. I am very disappointed in this new design and wonder why it was done in the first place.

As a licensed massage therapist, my clients have come to expect "heated lotion" as part of their specialized massage sessions, especially my older clients. All my clients enjoy the heated lotion during the winter months. Also, I add essential oils to my massage lotions to use during my massage sessions - my clients just "melt away".
Since the only lotion being heated is the lotion passing thru the heating element, it doesn't seem to affect the lotion's makeup - which is a concern for keeping the integrity of the lotion I use. The only "con" is it buzzes a little during the heating phase, but a small price for the comfort and pampering I provide for my clients.
