I've always believed in having the best "name" would mean having the best. I always used the Chi dryer. My mom, however, who is a major cheapie purchased this Conair dryer. I tried it one day when I was at her house, and my hair, was smoother, shinier, and straighter. It might be necessary to mention I am an African-American woman with the average african-american texture. My beauty regimine includes relaxers, blow drying, and flat ironing my hair. Now I am transitioning to natural and am opting to pressing my hair. This blow dryer get my "kinky roots" so straight!. I love the smaller tooth comb with the ceramic piece in the middle....it is the most ingenious idea! I dont think I will ever part with this dryer! The chi blow dryer maded my hair seem dry and brittle afterwards. So ladies do not waiste your money on those "high-end" dryers. You will love this Conair!!!

I've been using dryers like this since I was 5 years old - I remember they used to be yellow! I love this particular one because it is definitley made well - The brush can get through my hair and I've had it for 2 years and haven't had problem with it - I have convinced a number of my friends to switch to this dryer and they love it! I cannot dry my hair with a regular dryer and I like to dry my hair with my head upside down - I have shoulder length thin straight hair if that helps anyone - Oh and another thing - sometimes there is a burning hair smell but that's just hair trapped inside - you have to pick that out with a tweezer every once in a while.

Fast drying -- leaves hair shinier and healthier looking. With naturally curly thick hair this product works wonders. Styling time decreased by half. Love the cool shot button. Have used Conair styler driers over the years and have found them to be the most durable, lasting years. Others lasting months. Would like to see this and other models include a square brush attachment -- for versatility and especially helpful with curly frizzy hair. The quality and durability are outstanding.

Buy it ! -- Best one out there, and believe me, I've been looking EVERYWHERE... to the point of thinking about designing my own. This is closest to my ideal. Thank you Conair for years of excellent products.

I have medium fine, "fuzzy"/frizzy hair, with odd waves. I have used this dryer (or its ancestors) for many years, and love it. Could not get by without it. Thanks, Conair, for continuing to offer this type of dryer...those other blow dryers would never work for my hair.

Love this dryer! I only buy Conair dryers bc they are great quality and last a long time. I looove the lock feature for the combs and brush. I use the wide tooth comb when blowing out my natural 4b hair. Works great!

I was a chi and babyliss hair dryer owner... My friend used this dryer on my hair one time and I was hooked.... It made my hair super straight and frizz free I have relaxed hair that is coarse thick and long usually it take forever to dry my hair This dryer took less than half the time. After I purchased it and used it on my own I purchased 2 more one as a back up and one for my mom.

I love this dryer and use it every day. It is much easier to use than a dryer and brush or a flat iron. I use the straightner comb on my thick wavy hair and it makes it as straight as a flat iron but with more volume. Plus it saves time because it is only one step.

I have purchased 2 previous conair dryers. Both lasted 6 or more yrs. Soooo I am a big fan. I like the styler dryers because they make my hair straight shiny and frizz free. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this dryer a 10 its a great product and a great value... Thankd Conair for making great products at great prices..
