I use this product on multi hard surfaces, tile, laminate etc. It heats relatively quickly. I would like the button for adding the cleaner up on the handle so I wouldn't have to bend over all the time. Would prefer the head not to flop over away from the handle when I pick it up. Other than that the design is good, light weight and it is effective at cleaning. It's small size makes it maneuverable in tight spaces such as around the toilet in the bathroom. It's quiet too!

I have ceramic tile in my entire house. I can clean most of it with one cloth. It heats up quick, and I don't need to refill it often. I wish the handle felt a bit stronger, but you don't have to push down or scrub with it because the steam does the work...so it doesn't really matter how strong the handle is. Overall, I really like it and it has made cleaning up after my 4 children (all under age 5) much easier!

I have had my floor cleaner since 2007 and I love it. We have (2) dogs & (3) cats and I constantly clean the floor. I think it's easy to use and I love using the hottest water (steam) to really clean and disinfect the floor.
I only wish I could buy replacement cotton cloth covers only.

I used it to clean our hardwood floors and it left dirty looking streaks and the floor DULL. It was very hard to push it and felt like the handle was going to break, very FEEBLE.We had to waste more time and go over all the floors again with a another cleaner to get the floors looking clean. I like clean floors but do NOT like to do them more than once at a time.

I really liked it when i first got it . It worked great ! I have all tile floors and it was great with leaving no streaks . The bad part was the cord was really short and had to keep changing the outlet to finish cleaning . Also for some reason it just broke on me . just keeps releasing all the water and cleaning fluid all over . I have been using it as recomended so i dont know what happend. For the price i'm not sure i will buy another one since it didnt last me that long . To bad because i did like it . Any sudjestions ?

I checked other online reviews prior to purchasing this product. It is less expensive than many others and still does a good job. For the price, I am pleased with the performance. Used it last night and was able to remove a stubborn, greasy spot on linoleum. Yeah. It does take a few minutes to heat up, but if you listen carefully, you can hear the steam. It is lightweight and much preferable to hands & knees or buckets with dirty water sloshing around. The pads are washable, but I will probably purchase more.

Being able to use a cleaner and steamer together is very good. Just need no steam and thicker cloth. Also, need to be able to order just cloth.

I was leary about buying this item at first but then broke down and bought it. After I got it home I was still not sure if this was something I wanted (or would use) but I gave it a fair shot and was very surprised at how clean it got my floors (all the gunk on my kitchen floors) now I am trying to find out how to buy more of the cleaning cloths (as they only give you 2 with the product) you do need to sweep the floor before using this but it still picked up dog hair and dirt off the floors. Floors are not sticky afterwards but the steam does leave floor a little damp but it does dry very quickly. This was so quiet that I could use it nicely while my nervous dog stood next to me.....there was no sound coming from it at all. This little machine completely changed my mind and now I will feel very confident when using it (you can use only steam or use with all purpose cleaner). My home smells so much better already!

this steamer works really good. I even tried in on our shower floor and was pretty impressed. I have only used the steamer with water but am going to try it with the lysol which was included with the steamer. The only bad thing about this steamer is that the handle needs to be sturdier, it's just a little to flimsy. I would also like to know where I can buy additional cotton cloths.
