I understand that this product might seem a little difficult to use but, its actually simple. You must hold the unit with your left hand, then using right hand twist unit to right at joint. this will solve any postioning problems during use. I am a hardworking Massage Therapist treating up to 30 clients per week, and this product is a GODSEND! THANKS CONAIR

Comments about Conair Body Benefits Heated Body Flex Massager:
Instructions state this has multi-position handle but this massager doesn't move from it's awkward position. This was a gift and I have no receipt to return it. Tried twisting it where the joint is, but it should'nt be that difficult for someone who has arthritis to manipulate a massager. I don't want to start playing around with the screws. Very disappointed.

We borrowed an older model massager and
it was powerful and great! I decided to
purchase one for our home and the newer
model is lame. The old model, we never had
to switch from low as this pressue served its purpose. The new model, even on high you can hardly feel the pressure. VERY dissapointed.
Wouldn't recommend it.
