Love the moist feature and the large size. My wife has been dealing with back pain for a long time and this unit is great because it covers a large area. Only thing missing is a timer, and we are not sure how long before the unit turns off automatically.

This is a great product. I purchased this for my mom, who has many aches and pains. She loves how large this heating pad is. She can have it on her entire back on once. Mom even turned it the other way and was able to wrap the strap around her midsection to hug the heating pad to her ribs for relief. Thanks for making a great product!! PS We just purchased this today--1/18/08 and Mom is throwing away her old heating pad already.
