I recd it 2nd hand w/out instructions so had to figure out which way triangular extension goes. Neither position is too useful because back piece and collar are too stiff and so the massage misses areas of neck. But a great idea that in my opinion needs softening up. I do like the cold/hot pack.So thanks.
